This beautiful home is a new addition to our rental program! It is a stunning and unique property with some of the best views in Bear Valley.
It is a quirky split level home, a mix of clean modern lines and old Scandinavian features. It makes great use of the views available, with this passive solar home offering breathtaking vistas of the Dardanelles, Flynn Ridge and down into Bear Village from both decks. Next door a meadow of mule ear and wildflowers blooms. Wow!
Enjoy a BBQ (charcoal: not provided) in summer
It offers 3 comfortable queen bedrooms and a bonus loft sleeping area (perfect for older/ supervised kids). A large open plan living space is separated from a more casual and rustic TV space downstairs. Bring some wood and curl up by the fireplace or watch the stars from your window. It has been very thoughtfully designed and simply decorated and is fully equipped throughout! The kitchen is bright and airy and with high end GE appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the mudroom, with detergent provided.
This place has personality in spades. Ideal for a large family looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!
