Beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 Bath with Loft ,plenty of room for the entire family and friends. This home has lots of natural sunlight coming in via the large picturesque windows through out the house. When entering the home the kitchen and dining are to the right and the living area to the left. The Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you would need to prepare a meal for a hungry crew. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room and a half bath. There is a breakfast bar with 2 seats and the dining table seats 8. In the living area there is a Big Screen TV and a Arcade size Ski Ball Machine for the guests to enjoy. The oversized sliders off the living room lead to the front deck and bring in lots of natural light. The couch in the living area is a large sectional with plenty of seating for everyone. The Master Bedroom is also on the Main floor and has a King Size Bed, large walk in closet which has a full size crib to roll into the room if needed. There is a slider off of the Master Bedroom that leads to your own private deck. In the Master Bath there is a wonderful Jacuzzi Tub to relax in after a day on the lake or after a day of skiing in Bear Valley. Just up the stairs off of the Living Room there is a small Loft Area with a Full size Air Hockey Table for more family fun. There are two bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom. In Bedroom #2 there are 2 Queen Beds, ample closet space and ceiling fan for the warm summer nights. In bedroom #3 there is a King Size bed and a Bunk Bed (2 Twins). The room is very spacious with ample storage for guests in this room as well. The home has new appliances, very clean and spacious and 1 dog is welcome. Owners provide a complimentary bottle of wine for guests upon arrival. The home is located in Arnold with just a 30 min ride up to Bear Valley for Skiing (Cross Country or Down Hill and Tubing for kids). You are also close to several lakes for boating or biking around and just down the hill the other direction you are only a quick drive to Murphy's and the many Wineries that Murphy's offers (including Ironstone and the concert venue they offer). The home also offers a generator should power be lost at anytime. You will not go wrong by booking this Beautiful Home.
