Recently Updated and Well-Appointed Tamarack Condo Sleeps up to 5. This is one of our best condos having had a complete remodel. The owners' spared no expense with their upgrades to the kitchen, flooring, windows and heating. This two bedroom, one bathroom condo is a corner unit with extra windows making it bright and cheery. The living room has a pellet stove for extra heat on those cold winter nights and the furniture is Lovesac, which is known for being comfortable and chic. The first floor has a galley kitchen, dining area with bench seating and living area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and also a bath with a shower over tub and a separate vanity. The upstairs bedrooms contain a queen bed in one room and a queen/twin bunk in the other.
**Condos are centrally located and in close proximity to all village amenities** 2 minute walk to the village.

This is a multi-level, two story condo located on the corner of the building so it's extra light-filled. It was spotlessly clean and had all amenities. The upstairs bedrooms housed my wife and I in one room with the two daughters in bunk beds in the other. The cross country trails are within less than a quarter mile walk. Probably much less. Easy to get there on foot and return for lunch, then go back out. This condo has a large beautiful stainless steel sink and a shower assembly which are better than what we have at home. I'm planning on requesting this condo specifically next time, for a much longer stay.

Tamarack condo 10 was perfect for our family of four, even some toys our five year old was thrilled to play with. As per usual Bear Valley Rentals were easy to work with, responding quickly and handling everything clearly and directly. Looking forward to staying again next winter!

The contrast of staying in condo #17 and then being moved to #10 was glaring. #10 has been updated throughout, had the kitchen opened up, new pellet fireplace, new flooring throughout, comfortable modern furniture, classy paint colors. Wow, what a pleasant and very clean rental. I would request this condo next time.

The building is a bit older than I expected, but the condo itself has been updated and served us well for our short stay. The linens/towels were very nice and the amenities met our needs. I would consider staying in this condo again and felt that overall it was a nice value.

The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook with, and that's a plus since they're aren't that many places to eat in Bear Valley. Buy food in Arnold on the way up, and then cook away! Very cozy and clean. We had a great time!

BEAR VALLEY VACATION RENTALS service was prompt, professional and pleasant. I would just make it clearer where in the Lodge complex is the office and the after hours box located. The road signs are a bit confusing and we could not find anyone to help us when we came after hours. The Tamarack Condo 10 itself nice and cozy, adequate for up to 4-5 people. The living room and kitchen are smaller but the bedrooms were bigger then what we expected from the pictures so it balanced out. We never figured out how to work the downstairs thermostat so I would recommend clear visual/written instruction mounted next to all three thermostats downstairs. Also, we got 10% snowmobile rental discount for staying in this condo. It would be great to know if any other discounts are available to BVVR renters. We stayed in Arnold in the past in much larger properties for similar price. I believe that sacrificing a bit of the comfort for the proximity and short walking distance to all activities in Bear Valley village made this Condo a perfect choice for us this time around. We would come back again and recommend BVVR and this particular unit to our family and friends. Thank you to the condo owners and BVVR team.

A very nice place, the stairs in the condo where a bit of a challenge to get to the bathroom & bedrooms, I liked the cozyness and the view, I would stay there again. Thank you, Mark
