The property offers 4 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom is tucked in its own unique place in the house to offer privacy for your whole group. On the main floor you have the living room, kitchen and a sitting window with two twin beds. Off of the main room the slider opens up to a split level deck with seating for everyone.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and then some, or if you are up for trying something new, how about making popcorn the old fashioned way on the wood burning stove? The stove also gives off plenty of heat on those chilly evenings. The house also offers a proper dining table with room for 8+.
If you must take a break from relaxing to catch up on work or emails there is an office just off the entryway with a twin bed 0 the perfect spot for remote work...but only if you must :-)
Up the stairs you will find the master bedroom - quiet, private, and secluded with plenty of space and with your own private bath. Down the stairs in the lower level there are two bedroom areas with two queen beds. On this level you will also find an amazing pool table for a fun night of billiards, a sauna and the washer and dryer in a laundry room. You can not go wrong with this one of a kind architecture and beautifully decorated home!

Our family stayed in #113 this summer and had an amazing time! Our family has spent a lot of time in Bear Valley over the years and have stayed in a number of rental properties. #113 is by FAR the best place we have had the pleasure of renting in Bear Valley. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, has a dream kitchen for folks who like to cook, and feels like a true home in the best possible way. The deck is amazing and a perfect place to star gaze at night. The beds were comfortable and plentiful, there's plenty of space to spread out and eat, socialize, read, and play games, and there's tons of natural light. We would return to #113 in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Very pleasant. The house was bright and airy. Except for the extremely dull knives the kitchen was well appointed although somewhat disorganized. We also found lots of left over food in the refrigerator and on the counters.
