PAYMENT

• Credit Card - We accept Visa,and  Mastercard. We do not share or distribute your credit card or personal information.
• Checks - Mail checks directly to Bear Valley Real Estate Inc. PO Box 5250 Bear Valley, CA 95223
• Cash - Cash Payments can be made in person at time of check/in with a credit card on file and authorized for full payment.
• Wires - Inquiry within for instructions.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

An open voucher on a major credit card is required at the time of booking. If paying by check or money order, a credit card is required to hold the reservation until such payment is received. To place a 24-48 hour hold on a  property, please call our office.

If booking online, the entire amount due will be automatically charged to your credit card at the time of booking, unless you call our office and request alternate payment arrangements at our discretion.

By agreeing to our contract, you agree to a $300 security deposit to cover damage. This charge is guaranteed with your credit card account, but will NOT be charged to your card unless damage occurs.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Reservations cancelled within 24 hours are fully refundable.
• Reservations cancelled up to 22 days before your stay are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• All cancellations within 21 days of your stay are charged the full amount.
• Bear Valley Real Estate,Inc is pleased to offer travel insurance through our affiliate Travel Guard at a reasonable additional fee with every reservation.  Please consult your reservation assistant for details.  This insurance covers a wide range of  travel related losses including trip cancellation or interruption as well as providing trip delay reimbursement, coverage for emergency medical expenses or emergency medical transportation such as helicopter service.   Based on Bear Valley's High Sierra location, Bear Valley Vacation Rentals highly recommends this coverage for all of our guests.

WINTER PARKING

In the village of Bear Valley, please observe parking regulations and snow removal schedules as posted in parking areas.  Regulations are enforced by ticketing and towing at owner's expense.  Call the snow/parking phone for latest updates at 209-753-6155.
