Pet Friendly Rentals

Pets are only permitted in those units specifically noted as "Pet Friendly." Currently the only units that allow pets are:

• Bear Valley House 277
• Sky High Ranch House 93 (modest extra charge for pet)
• Bear Valley Creekside Condo 92
• Bear Valley House 35 (1 dog max.)
• Sky High Ranch House 15

Any damage caused by pets is an automatic $300 charge for cleaning and repair. Pets should not be left alone during the day in any of the pet friendly units. Evidence of pets in un-authorized units is a minimum charge of $300.  Please be sensitive to the fact that these are privately owned units. Some owners, their guests or relatives may have pet allergies.

Pets are not permitted at either the Bear Valley Cross Country area or at the Bear Valley Mountain Resorts. All of the local hiking  and mountain biking trails allow pets. Dogs are not permitted on Bear Valley beaches or in Bear Lake. They are allowed in all other local lakes including Lake Alpine, Utica, Union and Spicer Reservoir and Mosquito Lakes. 

Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy in all of ou rental units. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine. PLease read our Terms and Conditions for more details.
