Pet Friendly Rental Properties 

Pets are only permitted in those units specifically noted as "Pet Friendly." Currently the only units that allow pets are:

Homes

• Bear Valley House 300
• Bear Valley House 35 (1 dog maximum)
• Sky High Ranch House 15
• Bear Valley Vacation Home 302
• Bear Valley House 125

Condos

• Bear Valley Creekside Condo 114
• Bear Valley Creekside Condo 92
• Bear Valley Tamarack Condo 16
• Bear Valley Creekside Condo 87

Pets should not be left alone during the day in any of the pet friendly units, unless crated.  Do not let your pet on the furniture.  Evidence of pets in un-authorized units is a minimum charge of $300.

Pets are not permitted at the Bear Valley Mountain Resort. Bear Valley Cross Country may have limited trails open to pets.  Please contact them at 209-753-2834. All of the local hiking  and mountain biking trails allow pets. Dogs are not permitted on Bear Valley beaches or in Bear Lake. They are allowed in all other local lakes including Lake Alpine, Utica, and Spicer Reservoir and Mosquito Lake.
