Internet Access in Bear Valley

Many of our rental homes have a feature that includes unlimited long distance telephone service and a dial up internet connection.

Some of the houses have DSL coming through the phone lines. Check on the Special Features section of each property to see if has DSL. Silver Mountain Condos has building wide DSL.

There are at least 6 wireless networks throughout the town with at least 3 being unsecured by password. The Headwaters Coffee House has 4 free public wired terminals in the coffeehouse with an additional wireless network. Get the password for the wired connections from their front counter.   The wireless connection requires no password.

Several condominium owners broadcast an unsecured wireless network that can be received throughout the commercial center and many condo buildings. You can even get it pool side in the Lodge. Good signal strength can also be found in the Bear Valley Lodge Cathedral Lounge.

The Bear Valley Library has a T1 connection. It has 2 workstations. Get the password from the librarian. Bear Valley Mountain Resorts has a good day lodge wide wireless signal.
