Check In Procedure

To check in to your Bear Valley vacation rental, come to the Bear Valley Real Estate office. We are located in the commercial center physically attached to the Bear Valley Lodge. Turn off Highway 4 into the town of Bear Valley. There are two large carved wooden bears that guard the entrance to town.

Continue straight past the gas station. Go straight through the one stop sign. After about one block, look for the Bear Valley Lodge on your right. It is the only 5 story building. Just past the Lodge, the road will bend to the right. Park in the 1 hour parking just past the Lodge and come inside the building. We are located upstairs, above the ski shop and pizza parlor.

If you arrive after hours, there will be a check-in package waiting for you in a wooden box located just outside our office.door. If you have rented a cabin or home in the winter, there will be instructions on the office door to page our snowmobile staff. Wait by the office door and they will arrive promptly after being paged.
