Check In - Check Out Times

Check in time is 4:00 p.m.  Please come to our office at Bear Valley Real Estate in the Commercial Center of the Bear Valley village.  From Highway 4 make a left onto Bear Valley Road,  continue through the stop sign, make a right onto No Name Road, park in the one hour parkingabout 100 feet on the left, enterance is directly across the street  through the gray breezway, Bear Valley Real Estate is located at the top of the stairs. If you arrive after our office has closed, there is a box next to our front door with your check in packet inside. 

Check out is 11:00 a.m.  Please return your keys, with the DVD card to our office. Is is also helpful to us to if you complete the comment card and return it to us.  Owners really value the guests' input.

If it is wintertime and you are requiring over the snow transportation and you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call our office before 5:00 p.m. so we may let your driver know.
